Responsibilities:
- Work with technology and Analytics teams on designing, building and deploying data analytics systems for large data sets
- Comfortable to huge data sets, creative in power point presentations
- Tracking & reporting market analytics specialist service activities
- Developing, deploying and maintaining functional tools – identified as business needs in conjunction with CMI Business Partners
- Executing on GEHC wide regular foundational products e.g. market share report, market forecasting process
- Exhibits high degree of pro-activeness in analyzing customer behavior to influence change in the direct marketing strategy
- Should be able to understand the business context and design user friendly front ends
- Strong attitude to create and build new efficient systems and processes involving data
Qualification and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or equivalent
- 6+ years’ experience in market analytics or related field
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Effective presentation and story boarding skills with exposure to executive level presentations
- Work in a global fast paced rapidly changing environment
- Capability to break problems into manageable pieces and follow an organized approach
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Strong process skills
Desired Characteristics:
- Education: Post Graduate degree/MBA, M.Sc., M.tech
- Experience: 7-8 Year corporate Experience working on Marketing Analytics, Data Modelling, Data Analytics, Predictive modelling through usage of SAS, SPSS, R and other statistical modelling tools
- Hands on experience in data analytics and data modelling
- Experience working with the marketing analytics organization
- Expertise in SAS , SQl, VBA on Excel, SPSS, R etc
- Exposure to data visualization tools like Qlickview, excelsius and Tableu
- Exposure to one or more of the analytics techniques like Ancova, Design of Experiments, Linear and Logistic regression etc
- Should have implemented predictive analytics models
