Responsibilities
- Building Statistical or rule based analytics models for different functional areas of the bank like Risk/Marketing/Collections
- Interacting with the customer on regular basis to get feedback and updates
- Supporting the Program manager with requirement documents and Weekly dashboards
- Work with a team of programmers to design, develop, maintain and automate SAS applications that make up Risk’s warehouse and data marts.
- Competencies/Skills (Technical/Behavioral Competency) :
Qualification and Skills Required
- Hands on experience in building statistical models for Marketing/Risk/Collections for a bank across Asset or Liabilities products
- Must have good communication skills to interact with the customer on regular basis
- Flexibility to work on any Statistical tool
- Ownership in executing the project end to end
- Must possess good technical skills in terms of data extraction and manipulation
- Ability to conceptualize the customer requirement to data extraction
- Good-to-Have : SPSS knowledge
- Unique Selling Proposition (USP) of The Role
