Job description:

Responsibilities

• Own and run company/ team wide dashboards/ data sharing – e.g. daily revenue generation related funnels, monthly dashboards, product dashboards etc
• Run with different stake-holder to define and own above dashboards – should show organizational agility, collaboration, problem solving and diligence
• Share key findings via key dashboards – (jointly done with Marketing manager but circulated and owned by the individual)
• Work with marketing team to understand and define goals and track them through regular commentary in dashboards
• Build data analytics capability for the organization – e.g. how to mine the customer data to run campaigns etc with the marketing teams (SEO/ PPC/ newsletters)

Qualification and Skills Required

• Graduate in Math/Statistics
• Relevant – 2-4 years experience otherwise <10 years
• Should be proficient with Excel – pivots etc
• MIS/ analytics or some kind of data crunching background is a must
• Problem solver, very good communicator, collaborative, self starter
