Job description:
Responsibilities
- Process data from multiple internal, external sources and integrate them into forms amenable for analyses
- Perform statistical analyses of the data to generate key insights
- Build Statistical models and conduct various analyses to maximize portfolio profits (optimal credit decisions, product pricing, etc.)
- Develop and maintain portfolio reports to track all key metrics
- Periodically present results and provide recommendations to further the business
Qualification and Skills Required
- 1 to 2 year experience in Analytics and Business Intelligence roles
- Experience in handling/ merging data from multiple sources and formats
- Dexterity with MySQL, MS Excel
- Basic experience in ONE of any analytics/ automation tool (Python, R, etc)
- Good coding and automation skills
- Experience in modelling is a huge plus
- Strong ability to understand the larger business questions and drive to insights
- Good QA skills
- Experience in generating reports and presenting them to senior management
- Exemplary time-management skills in a high-energy, multi-tasking environment
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Demonstrated record of outstanding work quality, productivity, and teamwork
