- Academic background: Bachelor of Arts (English)
- Conduct monitoring, statistical analysis, primary and secondary research using social media data (public/ private) for deriving intelligence and business insights
- Create reports and presentations with insights and recommendations and articulating the social media intelligence for Leading Brands and Fortune 500 companies in US and Europe
- Leverage Social Media tools for Social Media Monitoring and Analytics tools like R, SAS and Tableau for building text mining algorithms
- Advise client on social media analytics.
- Ensuring highest standard of quality of work assigned and assisting in quality control of reports done by other analysts
- Assist Project Manager in developing
