Job description:
Qualification and Skills Required
- Installation and configuration of SAS 9.2 and SAS 9.3 architecture. Including Customer Intelligence tools.
- Installation of client applications and Troubleshooting technical problems.
- Tracking applicable SAS hot fixes and creating implementation plans for respective SAS modules and applications.
- Experience in troubleshooting various SAS application related issues and SAS9 tools e.g. SAS EG, Information map studio, WRS, Management console.
- Provide guidance and assistance to SAS Developers on operational and technical issues; interfacing with the SAS Institute for Support on administrative and system issues.
- Monitor and log SAS servers and optimize memory usage or tune servers for optimal performance.
- Reviewed, validated, documented and mentored SAS Admin and team regarding SAS environment.
- Archiving and backup planning.
