Responsibilities
- Customer segmentation and purchase behaviour analysis
- Suggest and execute analytics led marketing campaign
- Business problem solving – Root cause analysis
- Regular customer insights and identify business
Qualification and Skills Required
- Bachelor’s Degree / MBA from Tier 1 / Good University
- 2+ years of experience in Retail Analytics Domain
- Experience in working for fashion / Electronic / Home brands will be highly preferred
- Experience in working for Indian / Middle East retailers will be preferred
- Experience in running analytics led marketing campaigns
- Working experience in the Customer Segmentation will be preferred
- Experience in Customer/Marketing /Loyalty Analytics Domain will be preferred
- Experience in purchase behavior analysis, loyalty analysis, category planning will be preferred
- Predictive Modeling Techniques
- Data mining techniques – Clustering, Decision Trees, T test, F test etc
- SAS Programming
- Problem solving skills
- Be able to convert business problem into analytical problem
