Share & Empower – Time to take our community to the next level
Analytics Vidhya was created with a mission to create the next generation data science ecosystem in India. Today, we help millions of people and stream millions of hours of videos every month. Tens of thousands of people participate in our hackathons every weekend and thousands of people are finding meaningful career opportunities through our portal today.
We couldn’t thank our community members enough for this. I could not have imagined this impact when we started Analytics Vidhya. But, these are still early days for the next-generation data science ecosystem. I am confident that with the support of our community members we will create a 10x impact on our community in the coming years.
Today, I am extremely excited and delighted to announce our new initiative #Share&Empower which will take our community to the next level. I couldn’t be more excited to bring this at a time when people need community support more than ever before.
But what is Share&Empower?
Calling all Data Science experts & Mentors to Share&Empower
Simply put – we are creating a platform for experts in our Data Science community to offer mentorship sessions to community members. Arrangement of all these mentorship sessions would Free of cost to the community. We invite all the experts to donate mentorship sessions to empower people in their careers.

Every leader knows this already – the way to become happy in life is by sharing our knowledge and empowering our community. By participating in Share&Empower, each expert and mentor would share their knowledge and empower the community.
Learners in the community will learn from experts and get their guidance. Experts in the community will take lead in building the next generation ecosystem and we will enable it to build a foundation for this community.
How do we plan to do this?
An Analytics Vidhya<>SuperPro.AI initiative
Any expert willing to offer mentorship to the community can express their interest by registering and sharing their profile here. Analytics Vidhya will review the profiles of mentors and create their profiles on SuperPro.AI
This initiative will give preference to those mentees/professionals who have recently lost their jobs and want to know how they can build their careers in the fast-growing field of AI, Data Science, and Machine Learning.

Kunal is a post graduate from IIT Bombay in Aerospace Engineering. He has spent more than 10 years in field of Data Science. His work experience ranges from mature markets like UK to a developing market like India. During this period he has lead teams of various sizes and has worked on various tools like SAS, SPSS, Qlikview, R, Python and Matlab.
