Over the last decade, E-commerce has really scaled in India. Managing this scale has its own set of challenges. One of the biggest challenges in dealing with such scale is in creating platforms and applications that are capable of scaled intelligent decision-making.
In this session, Ravi will focus on applications of Analytics, Data Science and Artificial Intelligence in driving the right customer experiences on the Flipkart platform. The examples will span from applications of machine learning in driving better decision making to use cases in Generative AI. Multiple examples across the retail value chain including assortment design, user experience, product discovery, supply chain and product quality will be discussed.
