He is highly experienced in driving multi-million-dollar business growth thru Digital Transformation Platforms/Projects.

Currently serving as Senior Vice President & Managing Director at Blend360 India, Raghu has started Blend360’s Global Delivery Center for Data Science Excellence in Hyderabad in 2021 and built a high performing team of 100+ AI Engineers in 2 years.

Prior to Blend360, Raghu has built a team of 200+ Data Engineers & Data Scientists at CoreCompete which was acquired by Accenture AI in 2021. He led globally distributed high performing AI & ML Engineering teams, led business critical, transformational analytics and Data Strategy Initiatives in multiple domains including E-Commerce, Telecommunications, Automotive, Energy and Manufacturing.

In the past, Raghu has worked with SAS Institute for around 10 years as Solution Architect and supported 20+ SAS country offices as data platform evangelist.

Raghu is highly passionate about building high performing AI/ML Teams and helps clients in creating data driven solutions at Scale. He has niche skill of scaling AI/ML teams from ground up and is on the mission of building a 1500+ AI/ML experts in the next 3 years.
