Niraj Kulkarni is a Technical Delivery Manager- Data Science & Machine Learning Engineer at Jet2 Travel Technologies Pvt Ltd. He is responsible for managing the delivery of data science and machine learning projects for Jet2 Airlines and Jet2holidays. Niraj previously worked as a Tech Lead Data Scientist at NICE Ltd, where he built state-of-the-art NLP products for communication surveillance in the financial industry. He also developed machine learning models to identify false positives and played a key role in deploying end-to-end machine learning products with sophisticated deployment pipelines.

Prior to his role at NICE Ltd, Niraj served as a Manager in the Decision Sciences team at HSBC for a year. He was involved in operations analytics, utilizing tools like GCP BigQuery SQL, Data Studio, and NLP text analytics. During his time at HSBC, Niraj also worked as a Senior Software Engineer, contributing to anti-money laundering and trade surveillance initiatives. Earlier in his career, Niraj worked as a Software Engineer at Tieto for three years, specializing in database development in the telecom domain. Niraj holds an Advance Management Programme in Business Analytics from the Indian School of Business. His educational background and extensive industry experience have equipped him with a strong foundation in data science.
