Raj is a member of the executive team at Fractal, responsible for M&A integrations, guiding strategic transitions and setting up a startup ecosystem at Fractal. Raj’s leadership journey spans across the fields of analytics & AI, change management, and business transformation. Previously, Raj served as the leader of strategic clients where she led institutionalizing analytics that led to 10x growth. More recently, Raj served as the Chief People Officer at Fractal, where she shaped Fractal’s people-focused culture and the journey towards a great place to work. Raj believes in leading with empathy and compassion. Raj has an MS in Applied Mathematics from The University of Toledo, Ohio. She is an executive coach, and has a keen interest in health, nutrition, and longevity. She enjoys learning and speaking about these subjects.
