Abirami Sukumaran is a seasoned technology professional with over 17 years of experience in hands-on application development, databases, master data management, and analytics. She has filed a few patents in the areas of data management and data science. Abirami currently works as a developer advocate for Google, specializing in Google Cloud databases and storage. Her primary role is to research and create open source applications with Google Cloud to improve and engage developer experience across our services. Abirami is also pursuing a doctorate in business administration with a specialization in machine learning. She is a certified yoga instructor and practitioner, blogger, and speaker. She also enjoys reading and is a seasonal student private pilot.
