Dr. Swati Jain has over two decades of analytics and consulting experience across multiple industries including financial services, retail, media, healthcare. Currently, she is Vice President and Head of India business at EXL Analytics. Additionally, she also leads EXL analytics’ talent acquisition for India and APAC region.

Earlier, Dr. Swati worked at Cognizant, Pipal Research (CRISIL) and EY where she provided data analytics, business intelligence and consulting services. She has been instrumental in the development of innovative AI solutions along
the customer journey, propagation of newer business models and democratizing AI in client organizations. She is a thought leader and mentor at select AI platforms and has been a speaker at various forums including NASSCOM, TieCon, PHDCCI, ISBs, IIMs, and AI
associations. Dr. Swati has been regularly quoted/featured in leading technology publications on top data science / ML trends, state of AI adoption, women in technology, measuring success of AI Engagements, etc.

Dr. Swati was featured in “21 women in 21” by IndiaaI, the national AI portal of India and named among Top 10 Women AI Leaders in India and 50 most influential AI leaders in India by a leading publication in Analytics.

Dr. Swati is a PhD (Economics) from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and Master’s in business economics from Delhi University.
