For the past decade, he has successfully led large teams in software application and product development across various domains. He is well-versed in the latest technologies, tools, and industry best practices, particularly Agile, and has worked with enterprise customers worldwide.

Currently serving as the Head-India Delivery at Jet2, the UK’s third-largest airline and largest holiday operator, Navalkishor is responsible for overseeing a team of 300+ professionals. His team works on critical projects in areas such as Data Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, Digital Analytics, Web Development, Mobile Application Development, BI, and application support. Navalkishor ensures that his team utilizes cutting-edge technologies and follows Agile methodologies to deliver exceptional results.

Navalkishor’s expertise extends beyond project management. He has a wealth of experience in setting up and leading captive centres and offshore delivery teams. He has worked with renowned companies such as Siemens, IBM, Hitachi, and Nuance (Microsoft). As an executive director of a company in India, he managed crucial aspects including Engineering, Delivery, Site, People, HR, Legal, Finance, Payroll, Compliance, P&L, Budgets, Cost optimization, Stakeholder and Vendor Management, and Compensation and Benefits.
