Richa Agarwal is an analytics leader with more than 14 years of industry experience. She has worked extensively in BFSI, CPG and supply chain domain. She currently leads Tredence Inc.’s BFSI vertical. She is a part of extended leadership team and has been instrumental in leading data science specific co-innovation initiatives for their customers.
Before joining Tredence, Richa worked at Maersk as Product Delivery Lead, working on multiple use cases on the Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics as a part of digital transformation strategy for the Terminal business.
She was also associated with Fractal Analytics and SWIFT in the past.
Richa loves to volunteer as a guest speaker at various forums to share her knowledge on Digital Transformation and help young minds make better career choices.
She was a proud winner of the Women in AI Leadership award by Analytics India Magazine in 2021.
Richa is a firm believer in continuous learning and up-skilling. In today’s fast-paced world where everyone is running out of time, she believes women can do exceptionally well since they are conditioned to multitask and upgrade themselves to achieve wonders in their careers. She was also interviewed by Hindustan Times in 2019 on – “How upskilling can help the woman return to workforce easier.”
Richa has mentored a research paper and appeared as a co-author for “Predicting Delinquency and Loan Default with Advanced Analytics” in the AIMS Journal.
Richa is a proud mother of a seven-year-old son and a 9 months old daughter who keep her on toes all the time. She is a fitness fanatic and maintains a healthy lifestyle with 30 – 45 mins exercise as part of her daily routine. She loves swimming and enjoys playing Lawn Tennis.
