  • Analytics Vidhya (www.analyticsvidhya.com) is India’s largest and one of the world’s leading Data Science & Analytics community & knowledge portal. It gets more than 4 million monthly visits to its portals and has over 1.2 million registered users. Analytics Vidhya helps users learn analytics and data science, compete in hackathons and get placed in the best companies in India and across the world.

TICKET CANCELLATION
Once purchased, all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. There will be no refund of tickets.

FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of postponement or abandonment of the event due to any situations beyond the reasonable control of DataHack Summit , which shall include, but not be limited to natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, acts of god, war, threats or acts of terrorism, civil disobedience, change in laws, regulatory restrictions (“Force Majeure”), DataHack Summit shall be under no liability in any way whatsoever in respect of any expenditure, or liability or loss. In such cases, DataHack Summit shall, on a best-efforts basis, ensure that the alternate date for the event will be scheduled within six months from the original date, and participation will be moved to the rescheduled event.

POSTPONEMENT OF EVENT
If DataHack Summit decides to postpone the event for reasons other than Force Majeure, then an alternate date for the event will be scheduled within six months from the original date and the participants will be moved to the rescheduled event. In case the attendee is not able to attend the rescheduled event, a full credit note, subject to standard

cancellation charges shall be given which can be used by the attendee to attend any future event. In case the rescheduled event takes place after six months from the original date of the event then attendee shall be entitled to demand for a full refund within a period of six months from the date of such announcement. Such refund will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request.

ANTI-HARASSMENT POLICY
DataHack Summit is committed to organizing events free of any form of unlawful harassment or discrimination based on gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, creed, disability, physical appearance or age.

DataHack Summit does not tolerate the harassment of participants at the event as we are committed to maintaining a respectful and inclusive work environment. All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and appropriate manner. Attendees violating these rules will be warned or expelled from the conference, without a refund, at the discretion of the conference organizers.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
DataHack Summit shall not be responsible for any act or omission which could be attributable to a default of any user (including third party service provider) over which DataHack Summit does not exercise control, including without limitation any error or failure or inability of the network service provider or any failure of any personnel of DataHack Summit .

In no event shall DataHack Summit , its affiliates, employees, licensors or service providers be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, punitive, or enhanced damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: any attendees’ access to or use of or inability to access or use the website.

DataHack Summit ’s sole liability you in respect of any claim arising in connection with any defect on the website shall be the correction or repair of such breach or defect or the replacement of the defective or non-conforming portion of the website. In no event will DataHack Summit be liable to any attendee or any third person for any damages, costs, losses or expenses, including any lost capital, lost profits, goodwill or special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the website and/or its services, even if DataHack Summit has been advised of the possibility of such damages, costs, losses or expenses.

Notwithstanding anything contained in these terms of use, DataHack Summit ’s aggregate liability, under any circumstances, for any damages in respect of any attendee shall not exceed the amount of fees received by DataHack Summit from such attendee.
