DataHour: Advanced Resume Shortlisting using NLP

In the present day, the official career page mandates us to fill in selective hard coded information by the recruiter however the job description, skills & how soon a candidate can fill the position varies unsteadily due to which the hiring managers spend an unreasonable amount of time. By use of NLP - Spacy models we can summarize and rank order the resumes with the job description.

In this DataHour, Sarveshwaran will walk you through the process of shortlisting the most suitable resumes from all applied applications using the Natural Language Processing model. 

Prerequisites: Basic understanding of NLP and Spacy and interest in learning the application of Data Science.
