We are looking for highly skilled, articulate and motivated individual for this customer facing role where the primary responsibility will be to assist the customers over phone and email and answer any queries with regards to training programs and other B2C offerings of Analytics Vidhya. The person should have proven experience in the area of handling technical queries from individual customers and responding in a swift manner while enabling conversions for the product and services. The person will get to work with the largest data science community in India and the 2nd largest in the world.
- Should be able to handle incoming queries over email/calls on products, training programs, training modules etc
- Should be able to convert incoming leads into B2C clients for training programs and other B2C offerings such as flagship business conferences, AI events, meet-ups etc.
- Should be able to articulate value of the trainings to B2C client and maintain high conversion ratio
- Should be able to maintain high customer satisfaction ratio
- Respond to all incoming queries in timely & professional manner.
- Should be familiar with working on Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Should have excellent oral and written communication skills.
Should have worked for a minimum of 3 years with at least 2 years in a tech start up/ IT software company/Technical Training Institute in customer calling and customer facing roles.
