Job Description:

  • The role is envisioned to be global as this will support large scale Financial planning, forecasting, budgeting and vendor governance for GMRT&O
  • Candidate would be working on billing, head count management, expenses monitoring and controls, open positions management and Vendor Governance management reporting for senior leadership and line of business
  • Also, responsible for analyzing monthly P&L, forecasts, allocations and providing high quality analytics and recommendations to senior management for timely executive decisions
  • Candidate is expected to come with extensive knowledge on FP& A, Senior Management Reporting, and Vendor governance, Supply Chain Management and Corporate / Process Audits

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to handle financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
  • Ability to analyze monthly P&L, forecasts, allocations and provide high quality analytics and recommendations to senior management for timely executive decisions
  • Analyze and report actual and variance of contractual spend – incurred on the invoices and contracts within the org
  • Ability to identify process gaps and establish suitable controls to mitigate various types of risks in the system
  • Knowledge on Corporate Audit/SOX/Risk
  • Vendor management, governance, supply chain and payments management
  • Exposure in handling various Business Management functions including headcount tracking analysis, billing and reporting functions
  • Advanced knowledge on Excel, Power Point and SharePoint is a must
  • Working knowledge of tools such as ARIBA, SAP/Eledger, Business Objects / Cognos, Data warehousing and reporting tools

Qualification and Skills Required:

Required:

  • M.Com, CA /MBA (Finance)
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in below skills:
    • Financial accounting and reporting
    • Supply chain management
    • Vendor governance
    • Technology systems audit
    • Executive decisions support systems and analytics
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical abilities
  • Advanced Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Business Intelligence

Desired:

  • CISA Certified
