Job description:

We are looking for Data Scientist to contribute to our data & analytics initiative. You will have the opportunity to learn and grow with other talented individuals in a fast-paced yet fun environment. You will also gain exposure to interesting consumer insights in the discounting space.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of CouponDunias data and analytics by working with our tech team to design and develop a recommendation engine that delivers relevant coupons to our users at the perfect time.
• Execute analytics that provide unique insights into our users by carrying out statistical and mathematical modeling.
• Build algorithms necessary to ask the right questions and find the right answers
• Analyse and interpret results of product experiments

Qualification and Skills Required

• Expert knowledge of SQL
• Knowledge of one (or more) scripting language
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)
• Experience working as a data scientist including designing and building a recommendation engine.
• Preferred Proficiencies:
• Expert knowledge of one or several analysis tool(s) including R, MATLAB, Octave, SAS
