Job description:
Responsibilities:
- Qualitative and quantitative data analysis, predictive modeling in domain areas of Consumer Retail (e.g. Finance – Credit card/mortgage etc. Others – Stores, Gaming) industries.
- Design customer treatment strategies
- Client interface/ Manage relationship with senior executives at the client location.
- Manage/mentor a team of 2-6 business analysts
- Support implementation of recommendations on projects at the client site
- Perform periodic secondary research on various markets.
Qualification and Experience:
- B.E/B.Tech from reputed institutions
- 2-3 years of experience in analytics industry, preferably with experience in credit card/mortgage and retail domains
Skills Required:
- Excellent thinking and communication skills
- Should have worked extensively in SAS, possess excellent coding skills
- Good working knowledge of Excel, should have been involved in model-building exercises, should be conversant with common statistical techniques
- Should have handled client’s expectation management (calls, deliverables) before.
