Sr Analyst Data Science and Analytics- Hyderabad (6-10 Years Of Experience)

Research and lead development of new algorithms, methods and models for understanding and providing insight into structured and unstructured data Work with internal teams and/ or third parties in developing advanced analytics solutions and identifying use cases for Procurement Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques and providing ongoing reports. Good knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets Must have strong analytical skills and an understanding of system databases, data elements, and application software solutions to maximize data gathering and data analysis. Should be comfortable acquiring data independently from primary/ secondary data sources and maintaining own customized set of databases/ data systems. Knowledge of MS Access/ MySQL is desirable This role will work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs. Must be comfortable working with procurement leadership, business partners, healthcare providers and other stakeholders in the organization. Provide understandable and actionable business intelligence for key stakeholder

University level Post Graduate degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Finance/ Statistics English

Masters/ Bachelor s Degree in any of the following: 

Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering (Biotech, Computer Science, Information Technology), Physics, Pharmaceutical, Life Science or similar fields MBA from reputed institutes is also desirable

Minimum of 6 years working experience, ideally in multi- national organizations Experience in Data analysis Understanding of current trends in Big Data and Cognitive Computing Understanding or experience of building logistic regression, Machine learning algorithms like Support Vector Machines, Artificial neural networks etc. Technical expertise in analytical programming languages like R & Python and hands on experience on data mining/ statistical tools like SAS, XLMiner and MatLab Strong communications skills Fair Business acumen and knowledge of Procurement function is desirabl
