Job description:
- Opportunity to work with Senior Leadership and working on ExCo reports
- High end HR Analytics and use of best market analysis tools
- Gurgaon based role
Responsibilities
- Supporting high end data analytics, predictive analysis, regression models, correlation and hypothesis testing
- Supporting leaders, members of AOE and Human Resource Business partners with the data analysis required to define organisation wide strategy and for recurring annual activities such as salary review, talent review and performance management
- Performing complex reporting and analysis as required
Qualification and Skills Required
- A Bachelors level degree from any reputed institution
- Experience on tools such as Tableau, SAS, SPSS
- Experience of working in reporting and analytics with the ability to understand multivariable relationship, data storyboarding, base level predictive analytics and provide judgemental commentary on data sets
- A Certificate in Six sigma black belt along with experience in HR domain
