Responsibilities

Work with business users to automate/streamline reporting processes leveraging technologies such as VBA, Microsoft Access and Excel.
Review the existing processes on a regular basis to understand the scope of improvement areas and identify new opportunities.
Designing new tools based on end user needs to make the process more efficient and improve accuracy level.
Creating automated interactive dashboards and applications for reporting.
Build up an extensive and practical understanding of the reporting applications as well as a general end-user understanding in key and critical applications.
Develop strong working relationships with the business and other technology team members to deliver high quality technology solutions.
Document detailed application specifications, translate technical requirements into programmed application modules.

Qualification and Skills Required

4-7 years of experience
Advanced level of understanding in MS Excel and VBA programming
Experience working on Excel macros and complex formulas
Communicate with all stakeholders on problem statement, possible solutions, intermediate issues and overall status of work assigned.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Possess ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
SQL knowledge is desirable but not necessary
