DataHour: YOLO Object Detection using Python
About the Event
Object detection is a phenomenon in computer vision that involves the detection of various objects in digital images or videos. One of the popular algorithms used for object detection is YOLO that uses neural networks to provide real-time object detection. This algorithm is popular because of its speed and accuracy. It has been used in various applications to detect traffic signals, people, parking meters, and animals.
In this DataHour, Tanu will explain how to detect objects using the Yolo model, working login as well as its implementation in python. She will further explain the three techniques on which the YOLO model works: Residual Block, Bounding Box Regression and Intersection using IOU. Also, Implementation and the application of Yolo Model in terms of the code will also be demonstrated.
Prerequisites: Zeal of learning Data Science and basic understanding of Python programming language.
