- Should be able to handle incoming queries over email/calls on products, training programs, training modules, etc.
- Should be able to convert incoming leads into B2C clients for training programs and other B2C offerings such as flagship business conferences, AI events, meet-ups, etc.
- Should be able to articulate value of the trainings to B2C client and maintain high conversion ratio
- Should be able to maintain high customer satisfaction ratio
- Respond to all incoming queries in timely & professional manner
- Should be familiar with working on Excel, Word, Powerpoint
- Should have excellent oral and written communication skills
Should have worked for a minimum of 3 years with at least 2 years in a tech start up/ IT software company/Technical Training Institute in customer calling and customer facing roles.
