Designation – Principal Consultant – Customer Analytics

Responsibilities:
- Identify retail marketing users’ pain points and define solutions to enhance Manthan’s Customer Analytics solution using Manthan’s proprietary analytics platform
- Create use cases for the product using existing and proposed analytic components
- Create documentation and provide training as required related to the Customer Analytics solution
- Engage with the client in Pre-Sales workshops to understand their specific pain points and needs and document changes needed to our standard customer analytics solution
- Engage in deployment and post-deployment workshops as necessary to improve user adoption of the customer analytics solution
Qualification and Skills Required:
- Graduate Degree in Engineering or Advanced Degree in Quantitative disciplines
- MBA from a tier-1 institution with a specialization in Quantitative Marketing preferred
- 8+years of experience in retail marketing or providing consulting services into retail marketing organizations
- Strong experience in marketing and customer analytics sciences, and loyalty management applications, and their adoption in retail, CPG, Hospitality or Telco industries
- Experience with Retail CRM, Campaign Management or Loyalty Program Management
- Expert hands on skills with Microsoft office applications
- Strategic thinking and project management skills in complex deployment scenarios
- Ability to work with global, cross-location organizations in an entrepreneurial environment
- Excellent executive level communication skills
