Qualification and Skills Required
Technical Skills:
- Experience with Map R or Horton works Distribution of Hadoop
- Knowledge of Hadoop eco system components like Flume, Sqoop, Hadoop HDFS, Hadoop Map Reduce, HBase, Pig, Hive, Mahout, Kafka and Hue.
- Should be comfortable with VMs, Linux OS & Ubuntu OS.
- Experience on Core Java 1.5 and above
- Exposure to IDEs like Eclipse.
- Experience to Python would be a plus.
- Experience Level : 3 to 4 years industry experience
Desired Skills and Experience
Sub Skills:
- Good problem solving skills, Effective Communication Skills (both verbal & written), Practical knowledge/work experience is a must, Mentoring and coaching skills.
