Responsibilities
- Develop statistical/heuristic models/frameworks that relate marketing or sales activities to financial results
- Apply various optimization techniques to help clients and Viscadia to the best decisions
- Inculcate a mindset of constantly looking to identify and address the main business problems and thereby driving growth and/or reducing costs
- Develop sound understanding of pharmaceutical data sources
- Design custom analysis tools in applications such as Visual Basic, MS Excel, MS Access, SAS, MySQL and R
- Synthesize and communicate results to clients and Viscadia
- Collaborate with client and Viscadia team to implement solutions
- Assume responsibility for project deliverables
- Be proactive in advancing one’s analytic and problem solving skills and develop skills that are potentially complementary to the team
Qualification and Skills Required
- BTech/B.E. from a premier engineering college with 1-3 years of combined Management Consulting experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- High motivation, good work ethic, maturity and personal initiative
- Strong and honest oral and written communication skills with both technical and non- technical audiences
- Close attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset
- Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks
- Aptitude for, and willingness to work in teams
- A willingness to work in a small and fast-growing team
- Passionate about consulting, and delivering value to drive client business
