Qualification and Skills Required

• Experience Level: 8 – 10 years of experience with Statistical / Analytics background
• Experience in Revolution R and or any other equivalent analytics tool
• Strong experience in statistical model building
• Able to understand the data requirements
• Act as a business or data analyst
• Should have hands on experience in Multi variate analysis like clustering, decision trees, logistic regression, survival analysis, marketing mix modeling and social media analytics
• Knowledge on linear programming will be added advantage
• Develop new and innovative analytical solutions that meet customer requirements
• Coordinate with business users and IT to customize analytical solutions to meet business needs
• Support marketing activities and contribute in research & development
• Ensure stability of the overall analytics ecosystem in terms of deployment and enhancement
• Very Good Communication Skills. (Mandatory)
