Job description:
- Provide analytical support for operations (Call Centre, Branch Ops, Marketing)
- Preparing reports and analysing the reports
- Coordinate/ Lead initiatives with branches for improvements in business performance
- Pro-actively identify areas for improvement – cost savings, customer engagement, efficiency improvement
Qualification and Skills Required
- Post Graduates from Tier 1 Institutes (Engineering background preferably)
- Prior experience of 1-2 years in an analytical role
- Proficient in tools like Excel, Access, PPT
- Good written and oral communication (the role requires a lot of interaction with different departments)
- Attention to Detail
- Excellent Analytical abilities
