Qualification and Skills Required

2-8 years of experience
Should have a good track record in data/business analysis and be prepared to take the responsibility of on-boarding applications for Data Masking at offshore.
He / She will be required to demonstrate a mature and constructive approach to client interactions. Will have to co-ordinate with development and testing teams Duties & Responsibilities: Sr. Data Analyst duties will include:
Liaise with various application owners to understand business imperatives & needs for masking a particular application
Analysis of upstream/downstream dependencies, refresh process from the production to non-production databases
End-to-end analysis of all the tables in a database to identify sensitive information (PII/MNPI), using various tools & techniques
Prepare inventory based on data analysis
Conduct knowledge sharing sessions for development & testing teams
Conduct knowledge sharing sessions/meetings with the clients/application owners to make them understand the concept & objective of masking
4-6 years of experience in Data/Business Analysis
Good Communication skills – written & verbal
Knowledge in SQL query scripting and comfortable in independently working with relation databases Proficient in MS Excel, Word
Working knowledge of UNIX
Good understanding of project management and software development methodologies
Primary Skills:-Business Data Analyst
Secondary Skills:-SQL, Program and Project Management, UNIX
