- Presales and business development support to sales and account teams on advanced analytics/ data science.
- Present and demonstrate data science solutions at sales meetings, customer visits, tradeshows and other events.
- Actively participate in developing sales and marketing messages, materials and techniques for the data science teams and solutions
- Provide market feedback to the data science delivery and solutions development teams.
- Hold conversations with client representatives on data science/ advanced analytics requirements and solutions
- Be ready to travel extensively in India and abroad
- Gather, evaluate and document business requirements related to analytics, translate to advanced analytics solution definition
Qualification and Skills Required
- Proven track record in solution design, presales, and business development in advanced analytics/ data science
- Effective relationship building skills through effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand business requirements, convert them to analytics requirements and envision analytical solutions
- Degree in a quantitative field (Math, Statistics, Economics, Physics, and/ or Engineering).
- Strong statistics knowledge and hands-on expertise of predictive analytics and analytical techniques including sampling, clustering, decision trees. segmentation, time-series, forecasting, and linear/ logistic regression
- Demonstrable skills in consultative sales development style
- Experience in selling analytics/ data science solutions, services, or Cloud based solutions
- Excellent communication skills and impeccable professionalism
- Enthusiasm for local and some international travel
- Organized and methodical approach to work
- Experience with Analytics and Business Intelligence applications
