Responsibilities
- Partnering with client leadership to solve pressing business problems to drive growth and/or reduce costs
- Consistently deliver quality client services, and drive high-quality work within tight timeframes
- Demonstrate ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge
- Create proposals for existing and new clients
- Demonstrate deep understanding of pharmaceutical data sources
- Design and execute qualitative or quantitative analyses to help clients improve their commercial effectiveness
- Create impactful PowerPoint presentations to clearly communicate analyses
- Manage and develop Consultants, Associate Consultants, and Analysts
Qualification and Skills Required
- MBA with 7-9 years of consulting and managerial experience in the pharmaceutical industry required
- In depth business acumen acquired through management and/or launch of pharmaceutical/biotech products
- Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and marketing data sources (retail and non-retail data, specialty pharmacy and specialty distributor data, etc.)
- Expertise in quantitative analytics using Excel, VBA, Access, SQL, R, and SAS, and hands-on experience with large databases
- Previous experience managing direct reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to lead an onsite team of Consultants, Associate Consultants, and Analysts across multiple projects
- High level of motivation and a strong work ethic
- A willingness to travel to meet client needs
- Passionate about consulting, and delivering value to drive client business
