ASTraM’s real-time congestion alerts, issued every 15 minutes, are integrated with the e-attendance system. The app introduces a BOT service for incident reporting, allowing authorized sources to report field incidents, and providing real-time updates to the public. It also includes special event management, maintaining a log of major events in the city for spatial understanding and response planning. The ambulance tracking application ensures coordinated movement, with the control room monitoring ambulances and providing real-time updates on routes and traffic conditions.
