What’s the Difference Between Hack Sessions, GenAI Sessions, and Workshops?

Hack sessions are hour-long, engaging, live demonstrations of how data-driven solutions can be developed and applied to real-world challenges. These sessions are led by industry experts from Google, Hugging Face, NICE Actimize, etc., who will be solving problems using a live dataset in an interactive manner, with the aid of presentations, Python notebooks, or other formats.

GenAI sessions are also hack sessions, but more focused on building and using Generative AI tools. These sessions, led by GenAI experts from Typewise, StatQuest, etc. aim to provide a comprehensive and immersive learning experience for attendees. From these sessions, you will learn the skills and knowledge required to tackle complex problems with GenAI.

Workshops on the other hand are highly engaging and collaborative sessions where attendees try out hands-on implementation and problem solving. In these 8-hour long sessions, you will be working alongside industry experts on various real-life GenAI problems. The number of participants for each workshop is limited to 50 to ensure individual attention and support. Participants are required to bring their laptops and are expected to work on datasets, code, build models, etc.
